- Full-price items can be returned to any Steve Madden UK stand-alone store within 14 days of purchase, with your proof of purchase.
- Sale items can be returned for an exchange only within 7 days, as long as they’re unworn, in a saleable condition, and you have your proof of purchase.
To make things easier, we offer both paper receipts and digital receipts, which can be emailed to you at the time of purchase. Please keep your receipt until you’re completely happy with your purchase.

Without proof of purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund, exchange or any other resolution — so we always recommend holding on to your receipt just in case.
