By purchasing or using a Steve Madden Gift Card, you agree to these Terms of Use, Steve Madden’s Website Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy as published on www.stevemadden.co.uk.
Where You Can Use It (Currency & Eligibility)
- Steve Madden Gift Cards are issued in GBP (£) and can be used only in GBP on the Steve Madden UK website: www.stevemadden.co.uk.
- Gift Cards may be used as full or partial payment for eligible products sold on the website.
Purchasing & Delivery
- Gift Cards are purchased via www.stevemadden.co.uk.
- E‑gift cards are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Subject to security checks, delivery normally occurs within 24 hours.
Check Your Gift Card on Receipt
- Please check the quantity and value of your Gift Card(s) immediately upon receipt.
- Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days.
- Risk passes to you upon receipt of the Gift Card email.
How to Redeem Online
- Open the e‑gift card email and click the link provided.
- You’ll be taken to the Gift Card page displaying your Gift Card code and PIN.
- Enter both the code and PIN at checkout to apply the balance.
- If your order total exceeds the Gift Card balance, pay the difference using credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or an additional Steve Madden Gift Card.
- Any remaining balance stays on the Gift Card for future purchases.
Security & Fraud Checks
- All Gift Card orders are subject to security and fraud checks.
- Orders may be delayed if additional verification is required.
Refunds for Orders Paid with a Gift Card
- Refunds for orders paid (in whole or in part) with a Gift Card will be made back to a Steve Madden Gift Card.
- If multiple Gift Cards were used, the refund in GBP will be returned to the most recently purchased Gift Card first.
- If multiple payment methods were used, refunds are applied first to the Gift Card, then to other payment methods, in line with our standard returns policy.
Balance & Expiry
- You can view your current balance by clicking the link in your original e‑gift card email, which opens the Gift Card page.
- Steve Madden Gift Cards do not expire.
Important: Keep your e‑gift card email safe. If it is lost or deleted, Steve Madden cannot resend, reinstate, or replace it.
Restrictions & Prohibited Uses
- Gift Cards are non‑refundable and cannot be topped up (value cannot be increased).
- Gift Cards may not be resold or transferred for value.
- Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be returned or cancelled and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Fraud, Misuse & Invalid Cards
- Steve Madden may decline, restrict, or prohibit use of any Gift Card (and its balance) if it reasonably believes use is unauthorised, fraudulent, unlawful, the card was wrongly issued, shows an incorrect name, or these Terms have been breached.
- Steve Madden does not accept Gift Cards purchased from third‑party vendors and does not guarantee their legitimacy. Such cards may be fraudulent or acquired using stolen payment details.
- If a Gift Card is found to originate from fraud or unlawful means, or these Terms are breached, Steve Madden may, at its sole discretion, cancel, suspend, reject, or hold the Gift Card and/or any orders paid with it, and retain the balance without notice or liability. Retained balances may be used to offset liabilities to card/payment companies and issuers of lost or stolen credit/debit cards used to purchase the Gift Card.
- Steve Madden is not liable for third‑party fraud or unlawful activity relating to a Gift Card balance.
Termination of the Gift Card Programme
- Steve Madden may terminate the Gift Card programme at any time without cause. In such cases, a shop credit equal to the remaining balance on the cancelled card will be issued.
Agreement, Severability & Changes to These Terms
- These Terms of Use form part of the agreement between you and Steve Madden for the purchase and use of a Gift Card.
- If any term is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that term will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
- Steve Madden reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time, without notice and at its sole discretion.
