Steve Madden “HELLO SPRING: THE SOLE HUNT” – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Steve Madden, 24 Britton St, London, EC1M 5UA, United Kingdom (“Steve Madden” or the “Promoter”).
Promotion Period
The “HELLO SPRING: THE SOLE HUNT” promotion will take place on Saturday 21 March 2026 only, between 12:00pm and 6:00pm.
Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of Steve Madden, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
3.3 Participation is free and no purchase is necessary to enter.
How to Participate
4.1 Participants can enter by collecting a Steve Madden promotional newspaper from a member of the Steve Madden Event Team located at Piccadilly Circus Station, Oxford Circus Station, or Tottenham Court Road Station during the Promotion Period.
4.2 The newspaper will include a map and clues directing participants to the locations of three (3) hidden “Hello Spring” stickers placed within the surrounding area.
4.3 To successfully participate, entrants must:
a) Locate all three (3) different “Hello Spring” stickers
b) Take a photo of themselves next to each sticker
c) Be following @stevemaddenuk on Instagram
4.4 Once all steps have been completed, participants must visit the Steve Madden store during the Promotion Period and present their proof of participation to the Event Team.
4.5 Proof of participation must include:
Photos showing the participant with all three (3) different stickers, and
Confirmation that the participant is following @stevemaddenuk on Instagram.
4.6 Participants who complete all required steps will be invited to select an envelope containing their prize.
Prizes
5.1 There are 70 prizes available in total, allocated as follows:
- 5 prizes: One (1) free pair of Steve Madden shoes
- 15 prizes: 50% off a purchase
- 20 prizes: 30% off a purchase
- 30 prizes: 20% off a purchase
5.2 Prizes will be distributed at random via envelopes selected in-store.
5.3 Prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last.
5.4 Discount prizes apply to in-store purchases only unless otherwise stated by the Event Team.
5.5 Free shoe prizes are limited to one pair of Steve Madden shoes, subject to available styles and sizes in store at the time of redemption.
5.6 Prizes offers are only redeemable on Saturday 21st March 2026. Prizes cannot be redeemed after this date
Prize Conditions
6.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
6.2 No cash alternative will be offered.
6.3 Only one (1) prize per participant is permitted. Multiple entries or attempts to participate more than once are not permitted.
Entry Restrictions
7.1 Only one entry per person is permitted.
7.2 Steve Madden reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility and proof of participation.
7.3 Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.
Liability
8.1 Steve Madden accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or incomplete entries or for participants being unable to participate due to technical, network, or other reasons outside of the Promoter’s control.
8.2 Steve Madden accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while participating in the promotion, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter.
General
9.1 Steve Madden reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.2 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
