1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Steve Madden, 24 Britton St, London, EC1M 5UA, United
Kingdom (“Steve Madden” or the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The “NY TAXI TAKEOVER” promotion will take place on:
Tuesday 28 April 2026 in Manchester, between 12:00pm and 6:00pm
Wednesday 29 April 2026 in Bristol, between 12:00pm and 6:00pm
(together, the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of Steve Madden, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
3.3 Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. How to Participate
4.1 Participants can take part by hailing or being invited into a branded “Steve Madden NY
Taxi” operated by the Steve Madden Event Team within designated areas of Manchester (28
April 2026) and Bristol (29 April 2026) during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Taxis operate on a first come, first served basis and participation is subject to availability.
4.3 To participate, entrants must:
Enter a branded Steve Madden NY Taxi during the Promotion Period
Follow @stevemaddenuk on Instagram
Comply with all instructions provided by the Event Team
4.4 During the taxi experience, participants will be invited to select an envelope containing a
prize code.
4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and Instagram follow at any
time.
5. Prizes
5.1 Prizes are allocated separately for each event city as follows:
Manchester (Tuesday 28 April 2026):
- 100 prizes: 20% off code
- 50 prizes: 30% off code
- 10 prizes: 50% off code
- 30 prizes: 100% off one (1) pair of Steve Madden shoes code
Bristol (Wednesday 29 April 2026):
- 100 prizes: 20% off code
- 50 prizes: 30% off code
- 10 prizes: 50% off code
- 30 prizes: 100% off one (1) pair of Steve Madden shoes code
5.2 All prizes are issued as promotional codes and must be redeemed in accordance with the
instructions provided at the point of issue.
5.3 Prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last.
5.4 Discount codes apply to online purchases only unless otherwise stated by the Event Team.
5.5 All codes are valid for one (1) pair of Steve Madden shoes, subject to available styles and
sizes at the time of redemption. Any more than 1 pair will result in the cancellation of the order.
5.6 Codes are subject the expiry dates of Friday 8th May 23:59.
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 Prizes (including codes) are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
6.2 No cash alternative will be offered.
6.3 Only one (1) prize per participant is permitted. Multiple participations are not allowed.
7. Entry Restrictions
7.1 Only one participation per person is permitted.
7.2 Steve Madden reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility.
7.3 Entries or participation that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms
& Conditions will be deemed invalid.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone behaving in a disruptive,
unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
7.5 Participants must follow all reasonable instructions from the Event Team while
participating in the taxi experience.
8. Liability
8.1 Steve Madden accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to participate due to
limited taxi availability or other circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.
8.2 Participation in the taxi experience is at the participant’s own risk. Steve Madden accepts
no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred, except where caused by negligence
of the Promoter.
9. General
9.1 Steve Madden reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any
time where necessary.
9.2 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law, and participants submit to the
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
