The promoter of this promotion is Steve Madden, 24 Britton St, London, EC1M 5UA, United Kingdom (“Steve Madden” or the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The “PIER PRESSURE” promotion will take place on:
Thursday 28 May 2026 in Brighton, between 12:00pm and 7:00pm
(together, the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 Employees of Steve Madden, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
3.3 Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. How to Participate
4.1 Participants can take part by visiting the Steve Madden “PIER PRESSURE” activation during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Participation is available on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.
4.3 To participate, entrants must:
- Participate in the “PIER PRESSURE” activation during the Promotion Period
- Comply with all instructions provided by the Steve Madden Event Team
4.4 Participants will be invited to select a ball containing a prize or promotional reward.
4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.
5. Prizes
5.1 Prizes available during the Promotion Period are as follows:
- 100 x 20% off discount codes (maximum discount value of £300, best sellers excluded)
- 100 x 30% off discount codes (maximum discount value of £300, best sellers excluded)
- 15 x free Steve Madden item prizes (best sellers excluded)
- 2 x best-selling Steve Madden shoe prizes (winner must contact the Promoter via email to arrange order)
- 15 x free ride prizes
5.2 In addition to prize allocations above, branded tote bags, fans, and rock candy may be distributed to participants while stocks last on a first come, first served basis throughout the day.
5.3 All prizes are subject to availability and while stocks last.
5.4 Discount codes may be redeemed from 28 May 2026 until 4 June 2026 at 11:59pm BST.
5.5 Discount codes apply to online purchases only unless otherwise stated by the Event Team.
5.6 Free shoe prizes are valid for one (1) Steve Madden item only per transaction, excluding best sellers and subject to available styles and sizes at the time of redemption.
5.7 Any attempt to redeem multiple items or use the prize across multiple transactions may result in cancellation of the order.
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
6.2 No cash alternative will be offered.
6.3 Only one (1) prize per participant is permitted.
7. Entry Restrictions
7.1 Only one participation per person is permitted.
7.2 Steve Madden reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility.
7.3 Entries or participation that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
7.5 Participants must follow all reasonable instructions from the Event Team while participating in the activation.
8. Liability
8.1 Steve Madden accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to participate due to capacity restrictions, stock limitations, or circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.
8.2 Participation in the activation is at the participant’s own risk. Steve Madden accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred, except where caused by negligence of the Promoter.
9. General
9.1 Steve Madden reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary.
9.2 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
