When you send your return back, just make sure your shipping label is clearly and securely attached to the parcel and this will contain all your order information.
You can also:
- Print off a new return form here.
- Print out your order confirmation email and pop it inside, or
- Write your #STEVGB order number clearly on a piece of paper and include that in your parcel.
And don’t forget — keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, just in case we need it.
